You can adjust the number of risers on the step or remove the step altogether to control the difficulty of the workouts based on your fitness level and ultimate goals. Also, there are bonus weighted workouts in T20 using the step to add resistance in a new way to balance your strength gains. The incorporation of a step in T20 is awesome, and I was seriously challenged. There are no breaks in T20 so you can get it done effectively in only 20 minutes.
